Uninspiring and ignorant leaders making questionable strategic decisions
Pluspunten
Working from home and therefore worklife balance is good.
Minpunten
Acquired some very successful companies and managed them into the ground or sold them off to raise funds, which obviously will be red flags to investors. Poor communication to employees who they treat like children trying to motivate with childish metaphors like fast boats and flying to the moon rather than talking to us like the business professionals we are. Strategic plans seem to change at the drop of a hat. Either the SLT are really good liars who keep the actual strategic plans from their employees or it is being run into the ground and they are scrambling to do whatever they can not to file for bankruptcy one month after launching. The leadership team are completely out of their depth with very little knowledge on how to run the business in a way to add value to clients. Terrible sales pipeline because for some reason they are clinging onto the Atos brand which has a terrible reputation. They are selecting employees from their acquisitions to make redundant to meet new reduced head counts while their buddies that have come across from Atos. remain unaffected and probably completely unaware of what is going on.
