    I joined recently. This is my third company.I like how the company is open with all employees and makes it a happy place. Recently they completed 8 years. It was nice how they made a video including everyone. I can also walk up to any of the management or seniors and talk to them

    Lunch needs lots of improvement. The office also needs to be painted and made to look more colorful. The product needs to look more modern. Inspite of the good features it looks very old

    Accountability of work, freedom of choosing work hours, great visibility into the company's goals, competitive pay with food/snacks available at all times

    Minpunten

    A bit conservative in aggressively targetting newer markets. The product lacks a few capabilities in comparison to competitors and the platform upgrade timelines sometimes feel a bit stretched out. The management can be a bit partial choosing their "go-to-people". Also, very few employe engagement and team-building activities at the office & outside. Can put in some effort in creating a better culture!

    Great customer-base, but a major chunk of potentials are lost because of pricing or feature unavailability. If there can be some additional funds put in for faster deployment of a near complete-product, it will be awesome for the company as a whole.     1.amazing product, so much potential to be tapped in the next few years 2. all hands is fun. CEO keeps it crisp and engaging.

    1. no clear communication with employees or Gauls as they call :O 2. none of the senior folks is receptive or approachable except for CEO/COO. 3. as complained in earlier reviews, HR team has no idea what they are doing. for example, a session on flexi benefit policy was conducted. naturally, we asked doubts. after 3-4 questions, the senior person conducting it got flustered and started yelling at the employees. it...

    1. conduct meaningful employee engagement programs. no one wants your foosball anymore. stop overselling :? 2. please stop encouraging toxic work culture. its time to call out managers who spread negativity 3. stop favouring people selectively. you cannot run the company anymore with your 5 favourite people.

    Exotel, at one point of time was a great place to work. Your opinion was respected, inputs valued and freedom was aplenty to ensure work never got hindered. This is not the case anymore. I do believe they're putting in efforts to ensure employees are paid well, per market standards.     Exotel, for me, has now become a HIGHLY hierarchical organisation where your opinion and inputs don't matter. Managers ask for inputs as a formality. The management requests feedback as a formality. At the end of the day, nothing is done with your inputs or feedback - the managers and management do as they please and you're expected to toe the line.     Flexible work hours and unlimited work from home

    Company is growing in wrong way. Too much politics across the company. New people coming in to the company lacks quality and standard . Nobody is motivated to work. There used to be a foosball table which was the only source of fun for employees in office and its broken from months.

    Only employees who move close to the top mgmt get good hikes. Culture is shifting from being employee-centric to management-centric

    Hr team has introduced poorly thought out employee programs. They had an one-on-one session with me, and the issues were discussed directly with my manager without anonymity. I had to face his fire the next day. Hr has all new people in the team who are not aware of company culture or code of conduct. Hr has textbook knowledge only and not situational knowledge.     -All the old talent (early employees) is not being retained. Attrition rate is high! Hire & Fire is a common culture across the company -HR department is unresponsive- as good as non-existent. Their head lacks diplomacy and professionalism. -Managers takes all the credit in my team. No recognition for individual efforts. - Favouritism exists big time! It is reflected during appraisal process.
