      Declining Leadership Quality and Lack of Respect for Employees

      Nice colleagues, an interesting industry, and well-developed CRM systems that support daily work.

      Minpunten

      In my experience, the company has changed significantly over the past few years. It used to be a very nice place to work, but there has been a clear and concerning decline in leadership quality. What is presented as empathy often feels insincere and performative, while genuine respect for employees seems lacking. The company’s claim of being people-centric no longer reflects reality.

      You can get by working a maximum of 2 hours a day in IT.

      Minpunten

      It's a sales company and there is barely any engineering going on.

      Lack of structure and strategy. Bad leadership. No interest in employees.

      The people working there is the only plus to this company. Crowd is young, international, and friendly.

      Minpunten

      Lack of structure, strategy and processes makes working here chaotic. Ways of working do not improve, it's primitive. Severe lack of automation. Manual work is a constant. CEO speeches lack empathy and feel extremely fake and lacking out of touch with employee’s view. Terrible management of working force. Many people is unhappy, constant resigns from old and new employees. Working hybrid is look at badly. Poor investment in employees, professionally and socially. Working overtime is incentivized with no reward.
