People are the best reason to work here, everyone is super friendly and helpful The tech team has some great talent and you get to learn a lot from people around you Even though still growing, there is a clear focus company wide on improvement and getting better and a continuous effort on giving and receiving feedback to help achieve it

It is still a growing company and even though they pay competitive salary, do not have very high expectations in terms of compensation/money
