Blake & Partners (now FSM) had to change its name for a reason: they got a bad name in recruitment because of their way of working: pushing, sending irrelevant profiles, not understanding candidates and vacancies, in short quantity above quality.
They also have a strange way of managing: during corona, they obliged every employee to have Skype on all day in order to control who was working (no trust in their own employees, in other words).
