Company is stuck in the 80s but no money and strange working conditions

Military service is good for some months to push yourself to your absolut lowest point, to realise how good life actually is. Thats what Fusion does to you, which I appreciated for my own personal growth but Id rather do real military service then.

Management has been in the company for over 15 years all of them, so they dont really know what is out there and it is a bit sad to see. 1. People today dont need to take vacationdays if they are 5 minute late, (This is absolute not a joke, most of us do not have vacationdays left after 6 months since they ask you to take them even if the subway got stuck or there was a hurricane. 2. Humiliation, no matter in the market is down and nothing will sell. Management thinks 80s humiliation techniques work on you. 3. In Netherlands it is unlegal to set different salary levels on same positions. This company does this and pretends they are your friend, they are just criminals,. 4. Unsafe, criminal enviroment, where you get things stolen and nobody has an education. I would never have my kids ever god forbidden get close to an environment such as this one. 5. Stay away, the whole company is a sect that backstabbes each other, have no morals and try to ruin your career. At least get full law insurance before you get there, and keep documentation, because you will get fooled and abused for life. 6. 0 carreer growth - The ones that have been there a long time has been in the same position for a life time, a decade. No joke. Do your research. 7. No sales commission, HR has yellow teath and they will tell you that people make millions.
