      Loads of freedom since managers are minimally involved.

      Very high worload, processes are managed by scattered teams in India that 9 ut of 10 times do not know how things work in the country they are supporting. Loads of employees are made promises that are never kept. Loads of people on positions that they do not have the knowledge to fulfill.

      good salary from begin, accordingly with the experience of the candidate

      management is arrogant, there is not it culture, just body rental to the client, then whatever they ask you have to achieve, whether is the right thing to do or not. then at the end the evaluation of developers is based only on their political needs / believing without any checks on facts.
