Fun work, but outlook and pay/benefits should improve

Pluspunten
Work is engaging, projects are fun and relevant to background. Colleagues are nice. Offices are at accessible locations. Didn't feel micromanaged on projects (except for a handful out of many many) and had understanding/helpful line managers.
Minpunten
Pay is not good compared to similar roles at other companies, especially compared to contractors. After a few years, most people leave because there is a limited outlook on career development and most senior positions or project management positions are taken by people long in the company. Company is very Dutch and favors white, male, Dutch people over anyone else. Should improve there.
