Very result oriented. 0 micromanaging. Lot’s of freedom to take initiatives. Very flexible when it comes to remote work. Really nice director to work with, who communicates in a clear and direct way but also really think along and coaches where needed. The team is great and the industry and solution are very interesting.

Not a lot of clear standardized processes. Situations and plans change quickly and the value proposition of the products are still evolving.
