Thank you for your feedback. For transparency purposes, I am happy to share more information on our benefits. Unfortunately our studio doesn't offer a bonus program that works like that. We do offer spot bonuses that are paid out on occasion, but they are never guaranteed and no where near 30% of an employee's salary (normally $1-$3k at most). In addition to that, we do offer profit sharing, but again, that is never guaranteed as the company does not alway break even every year. The max for our profit sharing in previously has been around 10%-15% of an employee's salary. In regards to hours, we do yearly employee surveys and also participate in Comparably's feedback process. You can check out the data on that website as it is transparent on employee's hours worked (verify by Comparably that the responders actually work at Hi-Rez studios (unlike Glassdoor where anyone can contribute feedback)).
