This is very useful for getting a general and broad overview of the expectations of a leader in the organization. - Sales Training Innovation: In 2023, the company implemented the MEDPICC sales qualification framework (via Flow State) across the organization, significantly improving sales processes and outcomes.

Minpunten

- Employee Contract Management: The company lacks understanding and respect for Dutch employment laws, often weaponizing yearly contracts instead of building long-term employee relationships. - Benefits Misalignment: HiBob needs to respect standard Dutch benefits, such as travel and mobile phone reimbursements, which are commonly offered by other startups and scale-ups in the Netherlands. - Onboarding and Support: New leaders, especially in satellite offices, face unclear onboarding processes with minimal guidance, which impacts their start and ongoing management roles. - HR Communication: The People team tends to communicate indirectly, which often leads to misunderstandings and unresolved grievances among staff.

Thank you for your review. This is a difficult read for us as this is not a reflection of our values or the experience we want our Bobbers to have. We take the following of Dutch law seriously and have invested in a local HR team with experience in this area. Our journey in the Netherlands has always been accompanied and informed by Dutch employment counsel. We are proud of the investment we have made in our Netherlands team and we have grown our benefits offering as our site has grown and matured. This has included, over the past 6 months, a full review of our Dutch benefits including introducing a competitive travel allowance and pension scheme We appreciate the feedback on onboarding and HR contact - we always want to improve and get better in these areas. We hope that our HR team can empower our managers to have direct conversations with their employees rather than intervening.

Pluspunten

Nice culture with great people, the possibility to travel to their different offices, hybrid work, dinners and activities from time to time, good commissions, nice work equipment, a good product and high secured investments in the company.

Minpunten

No travel money, no pension plans, annual contracts, very high targets with high-intensity work, micro-managing, you might have to work over the schedule and not paid due to high amount of tasks and performance targets, 9-18 schedule.

Expected to work 6 days since HQ in Tel Aviv. If there is an HR issue, they will twist it to be in favour of the company. HR do not care about the employee. Very quickly send settlements without notice. High turnover rate with management
