Minpunten
The company makes use of people that just left school, because they are easier to trick. They use materialistic things like the company car and ski trips as an excuse to not give you a decent salary. They say that you have to take the car with you if you leave the company. (Which is actually not how the law works.) The lease contract is 4 years, so they make you believe you have to keep the car for that amount of time. They use autonomy as an excuse to shift the blame to you if something goes wrong. The freedom they promise is more a burden than actual freedom, because you have to do the work of multiple people at the same time. The senior people are not appreciated enough, because they are more expensive than cheap labor. Except if they are sales people of course. Doing sales is also the only way to grow at Incentro, if you can actually see that as growth.
