I struggled to find positive aspects overall. The only consistent support I experienced came from the engineering team based in Ireland, who were helpful and professional.
Minpunten
There are many challenges within the organization. Employees are expected to work excessive hours without appropriate compensation. The company is extremely disorganized, with a lack of leadership, unclear instructions, and no well-defined objectives. There is little trust in employees, and managerial support is minimal to nonexistent. Additionally, several agreements discussed before starting the role were changed after employment began. Verbal agreements are not honored, so anything not written should not be relied upon.
