We are disappointed to hear that many aspects of working at KnowBe4 did not fit what you were looking for. Our policies are meant to set easy-to-follow guidelines and help quickly answer questions. As a company constantly expanding and adapting to a changing workforce, any new changes must be communicated through policies and procedures to keep everyone informed so that we can continue to run like a well-oiled machine. :-) Additionally, current industry standards show that our CSMs manage an average number of clients for an organization our size.
