Label A is a great agency to work for since they offer employees quite a rare mix of an inclusive culture, lots of attention for personal development and situation, very active in organising many team events, drinks and parties and having challenging work and projects as well. Management is very keen on preserving this culture, since they strongly believe that it's a very important driver to adhere to what employees expect from there employer nowadays. Next to that employees are offered attractive secundary working conditions like financial compensation for a home office, sport/leisure and pension agreement.
Minpunten
Agency life can be hectic and challenging because of pressure in projects, however management is continuously working on keeping the right balance between work and private live, and really have an eye and ear within the teams on how to best keep this in place.
