The company is relatively young and is a typical scale up. There are ample opportunities to learn new skills and grow. People are nice and have a growth mindset. They promote inclusivity as well.

The bureaucracy can slow your work down sometimes but thats not a big pain point. The social aspect could be better but they do try.
