      Lunch and hybrid working? Oh yes, they’ve really gone above and beyond there, practically redefining what it means to do the absolute bare minimum expected from an employer.

      I could say a lot, but I’ll sum it up like this: the organisation seems to believe that diversity begins and ends with representation, because apparently making employees feel heard, respected, or empowered would just be going the extra mile.

      Working under the watchful and judging eyes of the departement manager. Scared to make a misstake or not laugh at her jokes. I just show up, do my work and leave. The risk of saying the wrong thing and making myself a target is too high. On the other side speaking up for yourself and others also results in a penalty. I have seen someone getting punished for speaking up about something that was incorrect. They fakely promote transparency and encourage you to speak up. But you are on the radar as soon as you do. Your own words will be used against you. We have a lot of people on sick leave because of the threatening and toxic environment in the work place. This all started around the beginning of last year.

      Work life balance is amazing , specially I remember getting calls from HR to understand how me and my family are doing during those difficult times and asked me to take time off in a day if feeling burned out I had a very good team and the dynamics were good
