Everyone at LMND seems to be driven by the need to constantly improve & contribute as much as possible. It creates a culture that welcomes innovation, and quick changes. You can usually see the results of your efforts with quick turnaround times.
Minpunten
The fast pace does create different pressure points, but that's usually the nature of a growing company. Insurance is tricky already, but when you're public there's more scrutiny on performance. In-office culture definitely supersedes the remote work experience.
