      Pluspunten

      Great internal policies for international employees lot of freedom and flexibility, 30 days of paid holidays, hybrid working ( max of 3 days per week from the office), the possibility to work 13 weeks per year from abroad, fully paid emergency leave, transparency, young teams and management. Fast-growing, great career potential.

      Minpunten

      It's still a start-up environment with no clear working processes and stated expectations. If you are a junior and you don't know what to do exactly you may feel a bit lost. Some people do long hours, due to high customers demands. The company should hire more people at the mid-level, not only juniors.
