One of the things I liked most was how much impact you could have as a developer. The teams are small, the pace is fast, and there’s a lot of ownership – you’re trusted to make meaningful decisions and ship things that matter.
Minpunten
As a challenge was the occasional disconnect between the C-level leadership and middle management. Sometimes it felt like there wasn’t always full alignment on the direction the company was heading, which could make prioritization and long-term planning a bit tricky.
