Most colleagues were friendly and supportive, despite some of them turning the office into a high school environment. Hybrid work setup with twice a week (mandatory) office presence. Decent secondary benefits such as the pension rate.
Minpunten
Management relies on gaslighting and guilt-tripping. Basic employee rights are reframed as favors and later misused. Work policies are applied quite inconsistently and arbitrarily. There's a very unsafe feedback culture here too, criticism leads to emotional reactions and reprimands. There's also disrespectful behavior and stereotyping straight from upper management (sexist and racist remarks). The salary is rather low and gets justified by using a benchmark nobody knows the details of and is generally very sketchy.
