Leerrijke werkplek met vriendelijk en behulpzame collega’s.
Minpunten
Het traineeship zou eigenlijk geen traineeship genoemd mogen worden. In realiteit is dit gewoon een junior positie die onderbetaald is. De begeleiding voor trainees is ondanks goede bedoelingen, niet geoptimaliseerd.

Great employer in terms of working conditions, management and work life balance. Full marketing research service meaning that you will be exposed to all the relevant methods such as regression-based models, perceptual maps, segmentation, and conjoint to propensity score matching and strucutural equation modelling, depending on your experience of course. The team is really amazing, experts in their field but also great people to work with and the collaborative spirit is always on! In addition, great opportunities for increasing your skills in statistics, programming and consulting.
Minpunten
Note really a con but more of an advice to the new starter :) You will have to wear many different hats and this will harnesh your flexibility and adaptation skills apart from technical knowledge. Find the hat that suits you most and own it !
