One of the most chaotic, disrespectful and abusive workplaces I had displeasure to work with. Management is selected either on the basis of ethnic nepotism or on your ability to kiss your way up. When a task is assigned, you are working under a highly incompetent engineer, who was promoted up with a desperate attempt to inflate their title so that they don't leave. You are then prompted to do tasks without any clear guidance or definition of done, Your teammates will be individuals who were acquaintances of senior management in a desperate attempt to get a visa from a non-EU country, dealing with them almost always will be more trouble than it's worth. Rest assured than, when the assignment fails, you'll be the one blamed for failure.
