- they tell you they genuinely care about you but most bm's lie as much to you as they do to their own clients
- BM have a good job on paper, but in real life they really are just sales people that try and close deals and make as much money as possible on the back of consultants who are sold to much more than they are
- clear bodyshopping, even though it's sold differently, also - they just park you at a client, leave you there even if you're unhappy or not learning and don't create learning opportunities for you
- Diversity inside management is an absolute disaster
