Pluspunten
Nice colleague's in several countries. Lots of opportunity to grow/change role. Personally I occupied several different positions/roles within the company. The company has clear ambitions to grow and does this as a privately owned business. Decisions are made quickly without lots of politics.
Minpunten
Not overly organized. You need to have a 'can do' mentality to get things done yourself, not expecting someone else to do it for you. Pay is good, pay rises rises are modest. Communication and support tooling could be better.
