Pluspunten
The best thing about NVISO is for sure the people. The team I have worked in was a unique group of friendly, talented individuals, many of which I still have contact with even after I stopped working there. Aside from that, working as a consultant at NVISO will let you gain enormously valuable experience that you will be hard-pressed to find elsewhere. In addition, employees are given a generous training budget you can use to increase your skills and gain valuable certifications (e.g., SANS, OffSec, ISC2, ISACA, ...). They work with interesting clients on challenging projects that really matter. Leadership cares about their people and the company has a very open culture where people are not afraid to speak their mind. The company has an internal diversity and inclusion initiative to make sure everyone can feel at home within the organisation. NVISO has a very flexible remote work policy in place. The annual offsite teambuilding is typically a legendary event that you really do not want to miss.
Minpunten
A rapid increase in size and popularity of the company also meant quite a few changes which sometimes led to 'growth pains'. Aside from that, the typical downsides of the (competitive) consulting industry apply: the work you do is dependent on the client(s) you are assigned to, which involves some factor of 'luck'. Workload and expectations tend to be high.
