      Pluspunten

      There's a lot of learning opportunities. The whole organization has a learning culture where we stay curious and supportive throughout the journey. I am also able to use my full capabilities and wide skill set for the role I am in. They also encourage me to think outside of the box a lot and use innovation and creativity.

      Minpunten

      As other start-ups, tasks can be very ad-hoc in the sense that there are no boring days. There are the occasional long working hours when the tasks stack up.

      Fast growing company with exiting challenges, everyone is included in the processes to find solutions. The opportunity to work on high impact sustainability projects for companies is real. The experience here has allowed me to learn so much about CSR in only a few months. Time is allocated for us to do research about sustainability to implement into our work which is very rewarding. Day-to day business is very nice, the team is truly engaged and energetic. Management is genuinly engaged to improve employees wellbeing and skills development and our environmental performance as a company.

      As every companies, some tasks can be very repetitive, but it is compensated by the fact that we are, very early on, trusted to work also on more complex tasks while enjoying all the help our collegues can provide.
