      Changes needed in the workplace

      Pluspunten

      The consultants are very passionate about what they do and sustainability in general. The teams are incredibly hard working. People take initiative and you have the space to be creative in service offerings and projects.

      Minpunten

      Unfortunately the way of working and workload is not very sustainable. High number of projects, unrealistic budgets, projects that are sold without clear scoping, micro-managing of utilisation. As a result there is high turnover and a high number of people on sick leave. Management has not taken accountability over this but rather continues asking their employees to be "flexible".

      The people who work for Nexio Projects are some of the nicest and most caring people in the world. Working here I have been able to find very close friends. Additionally, you are given a lot of responsibility from day one which gives you the opportunity to learn and grow. You will be exposed to many industries and projects, which is especially great at the start of your career.

      Minpunten

      The company culture is shifting to putting a stronger emphasis on overtime and creating a "large multinational management consulting" culture, which is very different than how it has been in the past. Management still has some work to do in order to better understand employees and take accountability for their role in issues facing employees and the organization.
