You will be surprised how such a big organization functions in such a disorganized way, not much differently from a start-up - You will have the combination of Bureaucracy of a big organization and Disorganization of a start-up - Constant changes for the sake of changes. Good luck with changes for the sake of improvements - Instablility. Lay offs and restructures happen too often. The structure can be changed constantly - Very demanding culture - Very low employee engagement
