The flexible working hours are really flexible. I've worked at "remote" companies before who didn't really take care of the remote workers, but that's not the case here. I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything for not being in an office with my team. We do however have the space to meet up with people who are local and co-work on a weekly bases. There's also space for personal development and for advancing within the organization.

The organization is growing quickly, so it's definitely facing some of the challenges associated with that.
