Pluspunten
Remote work is usually nice
Minpunten
- Very cliquish culture, there are a few people who have been there for years and they don't seem to care for new people - Very little internal communication, if your not part of the in crowd getting a code review for a 100 line PR can take a week or more. Management will then punish you for not finishing on time, not the person who took a week to get back to you on the PR. - Code standards aren't particularly high, getting a PR approved is more about how much someone likes you than the quality of your code. Don't believe the corporate PR reviews. The standard of work done is totally average for a software company. You shouldn't have to deal with not being payed for your work or not having basic questions answered when working. There is plenty of opportunities out there for a good developer, so why stay at a place that treats workers as completely disposable hiring and firing dozens of people a year for a team of 15... The fact that their response to bad reviews has been to talk themselves up instead of dealing with their issues says a lot about the management style. As other reviews mentioned this is more a loose collection of freelancers than a real company, but it's not hard to find better gigs out there.
