Thank you for your positive review. A strong culture where leaders are accessible and everyone feels they belong is what we strive for. I acknowledge that we have been driving more centralisation and standardisation within some of our global functions in pursuit of delivering our marketplace and platform vision however we have also decentralised our marketing function putting more investment and autonomy in the hands of each region.
