Thank you for your positive review. A strong culture where leaders are accessible and everyone feels they belong is what we strive for. I acknowledge that we have been driving more centralisation and standardisation within some of our global functions in pursuit of delivering our marketplace and platform vision however we have also decentralised our marketing function putting more investment and autonomy in the hands of each region. Hopefully you will start to see this in your day to day soon but if you're still concerned please speak to your manager. We appreciate the opportunity to understand issues and solve them together.

Strong individual contributors who are partner-centric. New office is nice for hybrid work.

Minpunten

What was once a strong culture has eroded significantly due to poor leadership, misaligned talent in key roles, and a chronic lack of strategic direction and communication. Tenure or relationships are rewarded over competence, and those at the top protect each other — even when decisions have negatively impacted the business and/or partners. People are treated as revenue-generating assets, not human beings. Leadership is so deeply disconnected from the real problems that have persisted for years.
