Pluspunten
- very flexible working hours - gym - company phone with unlimited internet and calls - nice campus (at least for most of the buildings) - hybrid way of working (mix between office and home office)
Minpunten
- Main workforce in software is inexperienced part-time students. A lot if them are very motivated and learn fast but there is an insane staff turnover. The moment people become a bit more experienced, they leave the company. - Due to the overall lack of experience in the departments it is very easy for people to get a burnout. Most of the long-term employees have had at least one burnout. - You are encouraged to work overtime. Most of the bonuses and performance indicators are related to working overtime. Another reason for the high burnout rates. - Very low salaries compared to the market. The salary is not related in any way to responsibilities. There are people handling 20 different things at once, who are getting paid less than someone doing just 1 thing. - Adhocracy is driving the company. No clear mid-term plans, not enough competent resources, a lot of technical debt. - Sometimes architectural and technological choices can be very opinionated and even questionable - HR is extremely difficult to find and very slow to arrange basic requests. New employees sometimes wait for a couple of months to meet their HR.
