Due to multiple acquisitions, the Company grew very quickly in recent years. This implies that some internal processes aren't as well structured as they should be.
We also have a rather boring compensation structure: you get your salary, 8% holiday allowance, and a business chipcard or km reimbursement... and that's about it (no bicycle plans, insurance, psychologist, gym, external discounts...)
Sometimes you do feel that the chairs are "warm": the hiring is fast, but so is the firing. It's the first organization where I would have used the company's psychologist, if we had one.
