Salary is quite decent and the employees are nice. Lots of opportunities to be involved in IGJ audits since they occur on a yearly basis.
Minpunten
Upper management gets replaced every year due to incompetence. Lack of clear direction from management as a result. Lack of communication from management to employees, leading to frustration and confusion. Unable to accommodate hybrid work, even if this was previously discussed and (verbally) agreed upon. Not able to have any arrangements regarding WFH in your contract. Will try to deny parental leave or pressure to take the minimum number of hours each week. Quality standards are low throughout the company. Most production departments have poorly maintained equipment, leading to frequent issues with the production processes.
