No roadmap or structure — priorities change on a whim. Sales side dominates the culture: many come from consultancy backgrounds, with no understanding of software development, people management, or professional communication. Behavior is often abusive. Technical leadership lack technical knowledge. Feedback is late, conflict resolution is poor, and leadership generally avoids accountability. Senior Leadership are ego-driven micromanager, unwilling to listen or change course. Good engineers either quit or are pushed out because they won’t tolerate abusive leadership. Interviews are poorly designed and don’t reflect real work. Contracts are short-term, layoffs are frequent, and attrition is extremely high. The Business Software team is especially unstable: its size and strength fluctuate constantly, and morale is consistently low. Advice to Candidates: In interviews, ask directly why turnover is so high, why so many strong engineers have left, and why the Business Software team is always so weak. The answers will tell you more than any job description.
