      30% tax.rule applied when your an expat. Decent salary made by paid overtime.

      Minpunten

      No salary raise after the 30% tax.duration has passed.Holiday allowance included in your salary. 60 hrs working week is to be expected as a minimum. Micro management. Very little social life left once stepped inside. Paperwork is more important then safety and quality.

      Dynamic in a multi cultural environment. All aspects from shipping industry from testing of materials ,components and classification surveys on board of ships.

      Minpunten

      Working hours are regulary voilated according to the local labour laws. No proper organisation nor management which can keep office managers or surveyos longer then 2 years on the job. No team building. No secondary labour conditions. Average low salaries compared to other similar comapnies. No carrier possibilities unless you're Italian.
