There is a big divide between management and the teams, despite the efforts of management to convince workers that we are in this together and part of a big family. Feedback opportunities are sparse and are handled at a snail's pace without much feedback about how it is handled or progressing.
The company went through a big rebranding last year but seemed more focussed on building the illusion of everyone as a family of professionals to tell clients rather than making that a reality for workers since internally not much has changed.
Management has also actively admitted to working against getting new hardware despite complaints and even when it was eventually approved that rollout went incredibly slow, and for some teams is still ongoing after months.
It is also extremely uncertain what kind of growth you can expect within the company, besides the growth found in your own role. Career opportunities are not communicated clearly and it's clear the focus for acquiring new talent lies outwards instead of focussing on growing and cultivating the workers already present.
