While the old crew contributes a lot to the great spirit of the company, it sometimes gets us stuck in our old ways. Hiring a continuous fresh flow of dynamic professionals would be a valuable addition to shake things up.
While open, direct feedback is appreciated, egos and personal attachments sometimes get in the way of taking in constructive feedback for growth as a company.
