Interview was good and was good brief before start work
Minpunten
As i start there is no guidelines ,starting first week without any informations ,your old team not welcoming you ,my lead at work was very stressful and nervous, he was hiting the machine ,hit him self like someone lost his mind totally ,was worried that he could kill himself or kill someone else at work, supervisor there not well educated, not professional which it makes it more difficult that they not understand what the meaning to lead a team work .and be sure that the new employe he is involve the team and get a guide .they only follow you when you get a break ,I was surprise about the quilty as I been quailty Auditor before ,quilty is zero,the person who is responsible about quailty was coughing and same time hold check bottle on his hand . It was horrible exprience.
