      Pluspunten

      One of the most unique aspects of Riverflex is the great level of diversity and inclusion with more than 80% of colleagues coming from international backgrounds (Italy, Spain, Chile, Vietnam, UK,...). This makes the company culture really great, welcoming, and open minded.

      While work life balance is relatively good for consultancy, the salaries are below industry standards.

      Flexible hybrid working, working from abroad, reasonable base pay, performance bonus, benefits such as Classpass and bike lease, interesting clients, autonomy and contribution of your entrepreneurial spirit, 25 vacation days plus days off between Christmas and the New Year.

      It's a scale up, sometimes pain points, but management is working to improve that as that's a work in progress
