Pluspunten
It's a really young team so most people are up for socialising outside of work which makes making friends and settling in so much easier. Better hours than my training contract (that's a low bar but that's a story for another review). The business has an interesting approach to tech culture, with one of their key values being empathy. That was one of my key reasons for joining (beyond me not seeing myself going down the typical lawyer track).
Minpunten
The interview process was a bit haphazard at times. The role plays were fun but it's quite easy for some of the other candidates to dominate the room. Definitely a performance culture - those who don't deliver get exited which can be a bit of a shock to the system
