The culture of remote working is well established and is done well in my experience. Most people working at SYKE are nice and friendly.
Minpunten
In my view, the biggest problem at Syke is incompetent senior management and abysmal communication. It feels like senior leadership do not have the necessary interpersonal skills to manage people. Lack of transparency and failure to act on feedback is something that is raised with, and ignored by management on a continuous basis. I have also found that the company has made promises time and time again, that has never been fulfilled. It's a big shame as the company had a lot of potential, but fail to regonise or value their employees.
