Less flexibility:
- new policy requiring at least 3 days in the office (usual was 2/2), regardless of the nature of the work. This is happening while there are consistently too few workspaces and meeting rooms, with many people already working without an ARBO-approved workstation and meetings happening in the hallway or cafetaria.
- Officially it is not allowed to have a standard day off, even when working 4x9.
Current management seems to place less value on diversity & inclusion, e.g:
- Almost all toilets in the office were gender-neutral but have been converted back to male/female
- English-speaking colleagues are consistently forgotten by management in important communications
- When “diversity” is discussed it only refers to the male/female ratio, not broader aspects
There is a reorganization underway within IT, but communication about it has been insufficient and inconsistent for months.
