Depending on how you sell yourself, the pay can be pretty good.
Minpunten
There are cases in which people that did not deserve to stay in the job, they stayed due to technicalities. Also, the leadership expressly says that they don't have a plan, that they manage everything on an "agile" way, so, there's no roadmap, goal, nor progress possible in the company, unless you start to flatter them. Communication is lousy. They mention that the company has a flat structure, but there are obvious layers that you have to go through; and you're not listened to if not through those layers.
