Great people but overworked with a disconnect from management.

Great on resumes and cool to tell people about. The people who work there are fantastic.
Minpunten
It seems to suck the life out of most people who work there. Lots of burnout and not much sympathy from management aside from a company party a couple of times a year. Some of the management seemed to hold grudges and just didn't make it pleasant to show up each day.
