The company has a great product and internally only the most advanced and best tools are used. Everyone is involved in the bigger picture. Information is shared openly and people are kept in the loop for almost everything of importance.
The vibe is similar to a professional sports team. Goals are for the team (DACH, NL, BE, etc.) and not individual which boost the teamspirit.
Coming from recruitment, Spryng is a massive improvement for me when it comes to company culture, sales practices and overall well-being.
