You work very hard during the day, but you always work normal working hours (0830-1700) Great team, good atmosphere The office and the workplaces are very nice You do campaigns for the most beautiful brands It is an innovative company, you learn a lot about software development and process optimization Lots of room for your input Flat organization, everyone is accessible
Minpunten
It is a (fast) growing organization, and the owners like to take on challenges: I've seen colleagues who enjoy this, but I've also seen colleagues who find it very difficult to let their routine go Many colleagues are starters: young, inexperienced people who have a negative attitude because they are not yet familiar with professional life. I find it more motivating to work with more senior people who focus on work and less on complaining about preconditions.

Fantastic company with great learning path opportunities. Remote model, so able to work from any location. Beautiful clients to work with. Love it.

Miss the coziness of being together sometimes but there are cool bi-weekly meet-ups.
