- It is a very Dutch company. People will only speak in Dutch, send you messages and emails in Dutch. If you don't speak the language I don't recommend this company to you. - Very old company, old tools, and a lot of technical limitations. - Very unreliable employer, you could get fired anytime. - Very unrealistic goals, and when you don't reach them you are the one who is paying the price. - No prospect, and no plans for the upcoming years. - Salary freezes, no room for a promotion. - Favoritisim: Some teams are very strong and always favored by the board and directors (they don't deserve it).
